Women Thriving is a non-profit, 501(c)3 community-based organization that provides opportunities for learning, leadership development, and a caring community for women living on limited incomes
What We’re About
Women Thriving brings together 50 organizations and over 200 citizens, including more than 100 women and girls with limited incomes (Thrivers), by using what is known as a “Collective Impact” framework, an approach that is both inclusive and collaborative. Through this powerful model, Thrivers work with others in the community to continuously identify needs and assets and to create helpful products and activities together.
“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style…. Surviving is important. Thriving is elegant.”
— Maya Angelou
