Lead & Thrive (LT)

A leadership development program, a transformative 15-week, paid experience designed for low- and moderate-income (LMI) women ready to take charge of their financial futures and step boldly into leadership. Through stipend-supported training and internships, participants build confidence, develop leadership skills, and expand professional networks that advance economic growth. This immersive program brings together a cohort of women committed to learning how to lead with purpose, manage money with confidence, and create opportunities for themselves and their communities. Grounded in the belief that economic mobility and self-determination are central to thriving, LT equips women with actionable tools to take the next step in their professional or civic impact.
