Women Thriving Empowerment & Growth System (EGS)

EGS is the organization’s cyclical framework for supporting women’s long-term growth, stability, and leadership. Anchored in 3 interconnected phases–Rooted, Rising, and Thriving–EGS helps women build strong foundations, advance toward personal and economic goals, and ultimately lead with agency and purpose. Together, these phases create a continuous cycle of development supported by community, accountability, and measurable goal-setting. Within this structure, our co-creation model allows women to contribute knowledge, mentorship, and leadership that strengthen the collective experience. Women grow alongside one another–sharing insights, building networks, and creating spaces where progress is reinforced by community. Programs are designed to guide participants through these stages over time, transforming participation into sustained personal and professional trajectory.

Through this approach, Women Thriving supports women across multiple dimensions of their lives: those navigating personal challenges, advancing in work, and building and growing their own businesses.

Rooted is grounding women in confidence, care, and connection. It’s the foundation of growth and empowerment; built through healing, resilience, and trusted community.

Rooted

Where Strength Begins.

Rising

Where Growth Happens.

Thriving

Where Lives Flourish

Rising is forward momentum with support. Women gain skills, networks, and resources to advance personally, professionally, and economically; building upward mobility.

Thriving is enduring progress and leadership in action. Women exercise agency and lead with purpose; transforming their lives, families and communities.

Co-creation Model

At Women Thriving, women don’t just participate, they co-create. Our programs are intentionally designed to prepare women for leadership within the community. Women develop the skills and confidence to guide discussions, facilitate sessions, and shape learning experiences alongside staff and expert instructors. This intentional progression ensures program quality while creating clear pathways for leadership development.
